Very unhappy with my experience. My husband order Valentine Flowers through FTD. My flowers looked nothing like the picture on the website. I am not a picky person but they were bad!! I understand that they may need to substitute different flowers but FTD's policy is that every attempt is made to at least keep the same color scheme. They replaced white daisies with red carnations. The bouquet already had baby red roses and pink carnations in it. As for the roses, 3 of them were already dead when I received the flowers. The top of the steam had been snapped.
