I called Art. I asked him to look at my 1940's Kimball baby grand piano. Before he began work he explained what my instrument needed (not only the work it needed but also things I could do to improve the environment in which it was stored. Hence, reducing future repair costs). After coming up with a plan to repair my baby He spent three hours on a stool hunched over a piano that had not been tuned in 5 years and was SERIOUSLY neglected. He replaced strings.His tuning is AMAZING!!!! Look, if you are looking for a good piano tuner you know what I'm getting
