If you are driving along Route 6A in Yarmouth Port, be sure to stop at the CCCC Exchange. Located across from the Optimist Cafe and next to Halletts you will find a gem of a shop. Do your gift shopping or take home a small collectible. Jewlery is old and new. This shop benefits the local Radiation Therapy Unit of Cape Cod Hospital and is managed and operated by volunteers. Local or summer people ask about consigning items! Open April to November, Monday thru Saturday, 10AM to 4PM.
