Gone there for years, after a big rush it takes a few minutes for the staff to catch up but then it is satisfactory. Needs someone to keep eye on buffet as often running out of items leaving an empty space or two that should have food, even if just to look good, fill it with something from the other end of the line. Two managers noted to be working hard in the serving area to help staff but other one noticed to be just walking around with a clipboard, appearing to be oblivious to the status of the buffet itself. Chicken wings are the prime meal along with their Monterey
