My husband and I after 30 years of marriage were arguing about a "phone call from another woman". I was angry because of the inconsistencies of his answers. I went to a therapist and I told him he should find one because we both agreed the marriage was good before this phone call. He went to John J Sheff PsyD at Brookside Counseling and when he came home I was shocked at the negative dialogue that he was saying.
