Bad customer service! This business does not honor appointments. I had a 8:00 a.m. appointment for a simple oil change. I had made the appointment 2 days earlier and was told that by being first we would get right in and out. Upon arriving for the appointment, I was told we would have to wait. When explaining that we had an appointment, the man said it did not matter. He said they were backed up from the prior day and he did not know how long we would have to wait. This man (gray hair and moustache) was rude and a jerk and barely looked up at us. We walk
