We own a gas fireplace insert that has not worked correctly since it was originally installed three years ago. After several attempts to have the original vendor/installer fix the unit, we finally called LePrevost. We should have done that in the first place. The service manager at LePrevost did his best to get a technician to our home as quickly as possible. When the technician arrived the day after our phone call (and remember this was NOT an emergency) he was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He corrected one of what turned out to be two serious issues with the insert. Wh
