It is always somewhat a nervous experience leaving a car with a shop for the first time.I was pleased though with my choice ,the office lady was easy to deal with and Darren the mechanic did sort out my Taurus and the electrical problem pretty quickly.Best of all it cost me less than half of what the dealer wanted.
