I went to the office 4 times. I had fallen and hurt my knee they told me to have shots in my back to help. they hurt me worse and then put another person med info in my file. when i went this last time the dr said that he could no longer give me pills (when he never wrote me a single script) . i got upset and then was told he no longer wished to see me. this office is a joke the shot only hurt me more and they didn't follow up with me at all . even when i called and told them that i was hurt it took 3 days to get them to respond.
