We hired Mr. Seeberger to file a bankruptcy case for my wife. That was in August of 2008. In December of 2009 we asked for our money back as all he ever had to say about the case was "it's almost ready to file." He gave us back part of the money and stated that he had not received any more but if we could find a receipt he would give the money back. Thankfully we found the cancelled check.
