My wife and I have been in the rodeo before - and we had bad experiences with construction. Unfinished projects, contractors that left with our money... The stereotypical stories, I guess. So she we reluctantly decided to go ahead with an addition, we were worried and pessimistic. With all the assurance in the world, we would have been worried.
