Purchased an Audio Vox remote starter for my daughter's car from them on the recommendation of a new car dealer. Big mistake. Should have read other on-line reviews first. First, the lock/unlock feature failed. They fixed it, but I had to wait two weeks for an appointment, because they were on vacation. Several months later, I took the car for servicing just before Christmas and discovered that the remote start feature didn't work.
