I bought my building a little over a year ago. Have had to call them out 3 times because the door keeps having problems staying closed. Just called agin and they want to charge me $200 dollars to come out and move it. I don't think it was leveled correctly. You can put a level on the floor and it shows this. I thought they were a good company. Had bought a building about 14 years ago and had no problems. Evidently things have changed.
