i just wanted to say that the employee/owner of WIT/Knoxville,TN are super courteous,have great customer service and strive to get your part to you 'whatever it takes'!! we have a slight problem with delivery but it was taken care of ASAP,and for that we are grateful.The staff,Larry or Rick,in particular took their time in figuring out the problem and solved it for us.Our problem was really the person who ordered it and was supposed to fix our vehicle for us.because he had an account with WIT,the part had to go to him.Sad to say but 'that' was a disa
