While this place seems attractive from the inside and outside, it is not worth moving into unless you want to live somewhere overpriced and poorly made. Our shower did not work the first day we moved in. The maintenance person has had to come in and fix on five different occasions. I'm not sure whether to blame the people who constructed the apartments or maintenance. Also the air conditioner leaks when turned above 72 degrees the paint has begun to peel off on our shower floor. In addition, the pet fee is OUTRAGEOUS! $300 per animal, whether it's
