Not only are their prices better than other groomers, these folks took time to ask me questions about my dog-her likes and dislikes (she doesn't like people messing with her paws or tail), and they must act on it, because she always comes away happy and upbeat and goes in willingly. They also ask questions to make sure they know how I want her groomed, then make notes that they refer to whenever I bring her back.
