If there were minus stars on the chart it would be -1000. Coventry uses MH Net to do their mental health claims. I work for a mental health clinic and 9 times out of 10 MH Net claims are not paid, using the excuse that pre-auth is needed, or the 90 day (get real!) filing limit has gone by, but the real reason I think is MH Net's own incompetence. I called not long ago about a claim MH Net had said they were going to reprocess 6 months ago due to their own error. Guess what? They hadn't touched the claim!
