Delivery person left gash on hardwood floor, manager said he is not responsible, in 15 years never heard of that, doesnt know how it could happen. I told him I heard it, the plastic piece from the box spring was dragged across the floor, and he couldn't care less. I wanted to buy local but that was a mistake, there is a reason some places stay in business for decades and some change hands almost yearly, spend your money elsewhere.
