I was referred to Invacare by my doctor for bands to wear during my pregnancy. Sadly, I ordered the wrong style/size. I called customer service and spoke with Vanessa, even though she was not very knowledgeable about the product after about 40 minutes I had placed a replacement order and received information to return my original order. I was overcharged for the replacement item and after more phone calls than I can count with more excuses than I have ever heard on were my refund was, well let's just say it's been a year, and I am still waiting for my refund%
