The Hooter Girls in Chester, VA are some of the prettiest and most down to earth girls that I have ever come across at any Hooters. I've been to the West Broad St. Hooters in Richmond, and was disappointed with the attitudes of the girls there. Chester takes a little longer to get your food, but you don't notice because usually you have at least one Hooter girl at your table keeping you company! The only times that my Hooter girl did not sit down and talk to me was when they were extremely busy on a weekend night. It is Hooters, so the food is pretty over priced, but I don'
