Trust me! You dont want to put yourself through the nightmare of living here! Although the staff is friendly and maintenance responds quickly, you still have to deal with the horror of living with COCKROACHES, FLEAS and the biggest nightmare BEDBUGS!!! Then throw in the noisy neighbors, lack of privacy (kids kept trying to open my door and hit on my windows) and dingy atmosphere. I felt like I was living in a cave! There are other, cleaner and better equipped apartments in Manassas. Save yourself the nightmare....don't move into Colonial Village
