In my opinion and from my experience, please be careful when you rent with Gregory Realty. I am a good tenant who pays rent on time every month, and do not create any disturbances the whole duration I am staying at their property. Instead of being polite and returning my deposit when I moved out, they have been giving me problems after problems. They REFUSE to give me back my deposit even though I fullfilled my obligation as a good tenant. In my opinion, DON'T EVEN EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK EVEN IF YOU RETURN TO THEM A PERFECTLY CLEANED, USABLE APARTMENT.
