After almost 4 years of using this cleaners without issue, I recently experienced an unbelievable situation in which they, without permission, hemmed a pair of my slacks which were purchased from Nordstroms at a cost of $100. When I dropped my dry cleaning I asked about repairing the hem on one leg however, I was not satisfied with their response as they intended to stitch them in such a way that the stitch would be visible on the outside of the pant.
