She is both unprofessional and incompetent. She was too busy to handle my small business taxes but took my paperwork and quickbooks in February only for me to find out on April 4th 2011 that she was unable to handle the complexity of my small business bookkepping and when I called she used profanity and said it was my fualt my quickbooks wasn't up to par! Can you believe that?? Obviously that is why you use a professional - unfortunately Kandace has no class and no skills. I would not recommend her to anyone ever again.
