The first time I took my car in for service everything went Great, had my car back within 24hr and it was truly service with a smile. I have taken my car back several times for repairs covered under his warranty and the service was totally different. Several days before they got to it, after telling me it would only be a few hours. Finding that the problem returned after only 2-3 days. The attitude towards us as customers was terrible and there was no consideration of the inconvenience that it was causing us as customers.
