MY COMPUTER WAS FREEZING, I TOOK IT TO THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE I THOUGH THEY WERE HONEST,I WAS CHARGED $60.00 FOR DIAGNOSTICS, TO MAKE THE STORY SHORT, WHEN I GOT MY COMPUTER BACK IT HAD LESS MEMORY THAN IT WHEN I TOOK IT OVER THERE, THE KEYBOARD DIDN´T WORK PROPERLY AND THEY DIDN´T DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAIN THE OWNER AND TECHNICIAN WERE VERY AGGRESSIVE. THE OWNER RESPONDED: !SHIT HAPPENS¡
