On 1/5/2010, Mr. Steve Duvall of Duvall Plumbing installed a vessel bowl sink. Some time after installation, my husband and I noticed a large stain at the bottom of the bowl. Due to a strained relationship with Mr. Duvall, we decided to get an independent evaluation on the sink installation. It was determined that Mr. Duvall used silicone on the bottom of the bowl in spite of the fact that the installation instructions indicate that the use of silicone can cause permanent damage to the bowl.
