I hired Carousel Accounting Services to do the book keeping for my business and ready my information for an accountant to do my taxes. 4 months later, shes still not done. When asked for an update she is rude and short. when asked if she *can* do it or if I should find someone else she reassures me shes going to "finish up" soon. Finally she gives me a date when she will be done with her end AND the taxes completed as well. She tells me on monday they will be done that friday. Great.
