La Rana Bistro is a cozy little spot off Water street in downtown Decorah. It is casual and a bit funky. They have an extensive wine list and lots of great mixed drinks. Their focus is on local organic foods prepared beautifully and simply. I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant! The service can be a bit quirky and laid-back, but the food is always excellent.
