Customer service is HORRIBLE, maintenance team is even worse! Haley Cabe who was a manager in 2009 when I first moved in was extremely ineffective when issues necessitated a manager's involvement. Beth Kanady who is currently a manager there has to have one of the nastiest attitudes EVER! The maintenance team is full of ex convicts who unprofessionally walk around with their shirts off like they're at home and not on a job. Regardless of the heat, you're working-keep it professional. Not to mention the half a-- jobs they do when the decide to actually maintain
