To be fair, I have no comments on the quality of their work -- so far, we've had five appointments, and have still not managed to have this company actually replace our hot water heater. I called the company because I was frustrated with their service -- all I wanted was an appology for what appears to be some miscommunication, and the promise that we had yet another appointment scheduled for tomorrow, and instead, the "manager" who answered the phone (and self-identified as the owner's daughter) screamed at me that I was wasting her time, and hun
