Dixie has welders (not certified), but they do offer tig welding aluminum and it has been very satisfactory. All their welding is pretty good. Dixie is known for machining of fan shafts. I have seen some huge industrial fan shafts in their shop. Dixie has a very long lathe. It is a huge lathe. Dixie does precision machining of very large items. The best thing about Dixie Precision is that they have the equipment and capabilities to machine large industrial fan shafts. First Dixie has a large overhead crane which can easily lift larges shafts up to 30,000 lbs. They
