Review
I went to Family Practice of Madison for abdominal area pain. I saw a Dr. or Practicioner other than Dr. Rawls on my initial visit on 12/19/08. They determined I have a bacterial infection, for which I was prescribed Levaquin. The day after taking this drug, I developed severe pain in my mid-section, and joints and suffered what I could ony describe as uncontrollable emotions and cried for hours without being able to stop. On the second day, this did not cease. I called the Doctors office and spoke to Dr. Judy Rawls. She was exceptionally rude and told me that since s
