I went to Family Practice of Madison for abdominal area pain. I saw a Dr. or Practicioner other than Dr. Rawls on my initial visit on 12/19/08. They determined I have a bacterial infection, for which I was prescribed Levaquin. The day after taking this drug, I developed severe pain in my mid-section, and joints and suffered what I could ony describe as uncontrollable emotions and cried for hours without being able to stop.
