Visit Ralph Polo store located in Tanger Outlet Mall, and services are poor, Certain customers are greeted and others are not. The Manager(Sylvia) is argumentive, bad appearance she always look as if she rushed to work, hair is unkempt and has a very abrasive personality. Just recently she and a few of her workers posed as high officials from corperate and coercived a statement from one of their employees and filed an eroneous report.
