Called Friars Rd Firestone, made an appointment for 2 front tires, when I get there, "on time" the blond girl behind the counter says, ok, come back in 3 hours, I tell her thats why I made the appointment so I could be attended to quickly. She said, " sir, we are very busy", no I'm sorry, reschedule, nothing. I left, and will never do business with firestone Friars Rd again
