I recently had Tropical Heat do a general pest spray because we were seeing ants. The tech sprayed for the ants and told my wife it may take a week or so to see results from the spray. Two weeks passed and we still had ants. I tried to contact the company and my calls would go to voice mail. I did not receive any calls back. I did finally reach the receptionist after a week of calling and was told that I would receive a call the next day to set up a time for them to come back out. I never received the call that was promised and have not been able to reach the company again
