WOW! Is all I can say. In this economy I was SHOCKED to be treated as I was by Wayne who "helped" me. He was quite short and impatient with me from the moment I walked in. He was not willing to hear my concerns regarding the 2 Nikon cameras I brought in, just wanted to take them from me. Looked at one, said almost immediately that it needed $179.00 part which, BTW, had NOTHING to do with the issue I was looking to have resolved. When he attempted to take my cameras to "diagnose on the computer" I asked him to hold on a minute. He again was short w
