Stay away from this office. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office as I have here. I was made to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes and the receptionist, Belinda, called my insurance company who faxed over all of my eligibility information. After which she decided (again, a receptionist) that I was not to be seen that day and made it very clear that Blue Shield of California must be somehow lying to her that I am a member.
