I've been a customer for a while now, sending my dog to have him brushed and washed. Recently, after dropping off my dog, I received a phone call from Bubbles Pet Spa-Torrance. They informed me that an accident had occurred (which I thought meant my dog was dead). They went on to say that he was given a hair clipping. You have to understand that my dog is a medium hair length labrador mix (not your average type of dog to give a hair clipping). I went to the spa, after requesting them to halt any further damage, and saw that they gave him a "reverse mohawk" centered on
