we had a crisis last night when our cable snapped with the door part way and the cars trapped inside. i got it open but had to wait until morinng when we got a call back from mike howard doors at 8am. they were out within one hour, repaired it, corrected some other wear problems, and came in with a price half of what i expected after calling others the night before. if you live near campbell, these people are professionals.......i wish we had another house for them to work on! jeff and peggy, los gatos.
