Absolutely horrible!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Kim Keith at Chicago Title held up our entire purchase and it took countless calls and emails to get them to process all of the paperwork. It has been three and a half months since we closed and we still have not received our deed. I have called and emailed them countless times. When I have been able to actually get someone on the phone, I have only received excuse after excuse. This is the worst escrow company - DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I am now at the point of complaining via BBB.
