This is a duplication of the review I left for this guy on yelp. I can't understand why more of his customers aren't grateful enough to leave him feedback so I'm spreading mine around. This guy is the definition of customer service. He will trouble shoot over the phone and give helpful advice if he thinks the problem does not require him to actually service the item.
