Craig came out to my home and charged me $89 for the visit. After spending 5 minutes looking at my refrigerator, Craig gave me an $800 estimate to replace the control board. He pressured me to do the job immediately because he was going out of town. I checked with an expert online who told us it was not a faulty control board, just the fan motor had failed.
