Had great customer service when actually purchasing the refrigerator. Delivery was scheduling nightmare. The delivery department never did call in a timely manner. Finally, at 8:30pm I called them. They had scheduled us for a time slot that was unacceptable. The Delivery Manager made it very clear that changes would not be made. He immediately turfed to the call to the store location.
