They gave me incorrect information concerning my security deposit and how that worked. Most of the amenities are not in working order or are completely run down (spa never worked, few few and broken lounge chairs at the pools, usually at least one piece of exercise equipment is broken and bathroom in exercise room is always locked). The management staff is very rude and incompetent. They try to answer my questions before I can even ask them, as if they are trying to cover themselves and make excuses for any problems that I had.
