Claudius is a bitter old crook who is interested only in your money, if anything on your Lotus actually gets fixed thats totally incidental. With my Lotus he gave me back my car supposedly fixed and tested, but I get in it and immediately sparks and whirls of smoke come from behind the steering column so its apparent no testing was done and then he fixes his shoddy job and whacks $400 on my credit card (without my approval) and thinks thats how to treat customers.
