Absolutely the worst retail experience I've ever had. They ruined an expensive winter jacket I brought in for a simple zipper repair. They use whatever thread color they have on hand. The owner says it's "impossible" to match colors. I was left with bright white/grey stitching on a dark charcoal jacket that looked like it had been done at boy scout camp. When I questioned the quality the owner started screaming and ordered me out of the store. I went directly to another tailor in Geneva who couldn't believe how badly the work was done.
