They ship trees in, charge too much for the plants and too much to plant, it dies, charge you again to replant, it dies, won't honor warranty. You're out of lots of money and luck. The folks across the street (Rightway Nursery) are wonderful, have beautiful healthy plants, grow their own trees and actually know about plants and what they're talking about. Added benefit, they're not rude.
