Review
Gilmer Kitchen and Bath is past its prime. Carolyn Thomas forgot to design a switch for the entry light to a hall bath and sold us on a hand-held shower and regular head. Her drawing showed the two heads 14" inches apart...because her measurements were off. During installation the head were installed about 7" apart, after plumbing and tile were installed. Then, Gilmer exceeded are our $75,000 budget that was established the first day we met. She consistently suggested the highest priced items and then marked up the retail prices. We could have paid half of
