on valentines day 2009 my fiance went into freedom communications of new england in waltham and were being helped by a pleasant woman when a rude associated overheard our conversations, interuppted us and poceeded on a 2 minute rant on how i cant do what i was trying to do. what i was tryin to do by the way was get my "new every two" and also switch my assumption of liability to my fiancees line.
